According to the village website, “Savoy maintains a quality of life typically associated with small Midwestern towns, including municipal tax rates far below that of Champaign or Urbana, acreage of prime undeveloped land, a low crime rate, quiet un-congested neighborhoods, and a responsive government.” In Savoy, Illinois, there is something for everyone.

Professional HVAC technicians recommend individuals living in Savoy have access to cooling and heating systems inside their homes. The Village of Savoy is in a region of the United States that is susceptible to warm summers and very cool winters.
